Thanks for your feedback, John! Sorry your carrier was a little off with their arrival estimates. That's why we try to be clear about transport schedules as "estimates" rather than guarantees. It's not always ideal, but it is realistic to allow a little wiggle room around carrier arrival projections for delays due to traffic or weather or issues with other transport customers. Glad to hear the driver kept you in the loop as his schedule changed!
