This was my first time shipping a car and Emily made it a great experience. My car arrived only a day later than expected, but the driver was very friendly and delivered right to our front door. The only stressful moment was when my car was being picked up. A couple of gentleman arrived in a truck that would tow my vehicle, but it did not have company logos on it. Being a first timer, it made me nervous as I would be an easy target for someone to steal my car, claiming to work for the company. But I was able to speak with Emily and she was able to confirm receipt of my car, and she was able to walk me through the process to ease my mind. She also was able to follow up with the company when my vehicle did not arrive on the proposed date.
