We were kept informed at all stages of the process - Bruce contacted me after request and multiple times to make sure I understood the process. Once the contractor was identified (Jim Hill Services), I was able to maintain contact with him to finalize details. Jim was very professional in his communications and kept me informed of upcoming events - ie car pickup and car delivery. I would use the service again if needed.
