It was a nice experience to ship my car from Michigan to Seattle. I got tons of emails and calls when I submit my shipping quote, but in the end I chose Scott and Ship a Car Direct because Scott never called me to sell his offerings like a salesman, instead via email he gave my clear instructions and answered my questions timely. The driver Alex he found was also nice. Although Alex was late for a couple of days, he called me to explain the reason. It's not a easy business so delay is OK for me and I appreciate the transparency.
