Ship a car direct was great. The contact person provides helpful information before I committed to this car transfer service. He always responds to my phone call in a short period of time. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved, I would have hoped the carrier notified me when they couldn't meet the original delivery time instead of me calling them to find out. However, after my call, they kept me updated with its progress continuously through text messages. I really appreciated their effort to make up for it. Car was delivered in a condition as it was picked up by the carrier.
