I had heard good reviews about Shipacardirect and decided to use their service when I moved. Since this was the first time I was shipping my car, I was concerned about the timeliness of pickup/delivery as well as the condition my car would be delivered in. I was really happy with the service provided. The representative that I worked with was great about answering questions and being prompt with returning phone calls. The one thing I would have liked to see is more communication around when my car would get picked up/delivered. Since there was no set date, it was difficult to schedule things around it. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would definitely use their service again!
