Great customer support, but some difficulty dispatching

We moved our daughter's Hyundai Santa Fe from Indiana to California as she moved out from the university at the end of the term. Our overall experience was great! I love the videos and helpful tips from Ship-a-Car-Direct, I received good follow up and customer support from Scott, and the driver was super nice and careful. My only complaint is that it took a while to get our dispatch lined up. I locked in the quote a few weeks in advance, but we couldn't get a definite pickup date until a few days after our target date had already passed. It made me nervous for a few days wondering if it would work out at all or if I would have to engage another service, but they asked for my last possible date for shipment, and they lined things up well before that. There were a lot of people moving out from the university town all at once, so that could have been part of the problem. Aside from that bit of uncertainty, everything else went very smoothly and completely as advertised. I would use this service again.
