Both the Shipping company and the Carrier provider were prompt in responding to queries and customer friendly. The car was delivered on time.
The only issue was when the car had to be picked up. There was a few days of delay caused due to no carrier being available to ship the car. A $50 increase from my end (as requested by the Shipping Company) got a carrier assigned the same day.
