I can't say enough good things about my experience, this being my first time shipped a car through them ( or anyone). The entire process was easy, efficient and flawless. Angela was great getting everything in order and keeping me informed of what steps were next, My car was picked up within two days, and delivered 2 days early, in perfect shape! My initial quotes never changed throughout delivery. There weren't and weird up-charges or surprises at any point.

I found them through BBB and I actually wanted to see a company that HAD complaints - to see how they handled them. Ship -a- car worked very hard to make it right and the few complaints that were listed, were handled to the customers complete satisfaction.

I had no previous experience with shipping a car and it can be a little intimidating tying to understand the process and not get burned.If you want your car handled appropriately, you are in good hands with this broker. They really do it all for you and help follow the ENTIRE process along the way for you. I give Ship A Car Direct 5+ stars!
