The Ship a Car Direct representatives were very responsive and helpful in the shipping process. They act as an intermediary between you and the shipping companies/individuals. The shipping company that they connected me with was detailed and also easy to work with. The shipper/driver was quite flexible with the pickup and delivery windows, which was very helpful.
Overall, I had a smooth experience with the Ship a Car Direct and would definitely use them again to ship my vehicle.
