I had to select a company to pick up my Grandson's auto in Los Angeles ship it to Texas and then pick up again in Texas and ship back to Los Angeles. I researched several companies and was impressed with "Ship a Car Direct" 100% damage free guarantee, no deposit up front, helpful user videos and excellent customer reviews. My Grandson gave me positive feedback on his pickup in Los Angeles, damage free delivery to Texas and damage free delivery back to Los Angeles. From a personal standpoint, thru out this process I worked with Angela at "Ship a Car Direct", who was courteous, kept in touch with me and responsive to my concerns about pick up and delivery dates. Should I have occasion to automobile ship again, I will use "Ship a Car Direct".
