Everything went perfectly. I was called about three days before pickup arranging a time. The pickup driver called several times to tell me he was on his way and his expected time of arrival. I took pictures of the car in advance and the pickup driver went over the car carefully to note any damage and even found a couple minor things I hadn't noticed. Four days into the trip I started getting phone calls first with an approximate delivery day and the last call 10 minutes before the driver arrived. The entire experience went well. Everyone from the first contact person to the final delivery person did what they said they would do and were all-around pleasant folks.
