I found Ship a Car Direct to be very responsive and easy to do business with. The staff were also very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I was comfortable in working with them. The carrier that picked up and delivered my car was very thorough regarding their terms and conditions and followed up with me during the delivery. It was a good experience for the first time doing this.
