I had explored the idea of shipping 1 of my autos, I was not absolutely sure or convinced this was a good idea. I considered another firm to use to do the shipping but I backed out of using this firm due to poor reviews. I found ship a car direct and received a quote fairly quickly. Due to a company relocation I had to decide what to do, still not sure it was a good idea even after my household items were already picked up and on its way. Last minute I contacted ship a car direct fully expecting them to say I would need to wait a few days, i was very pleasantly surprised they contacted me the next day and had already assigned a carrier. The carrier contacted me early and we arranged a pick up time, the carrier was on time and very courteous. He told me when the car would arrive at its final destination and even a last minute change of delivery location did not disturb the carrier, he was on time and called to confirm everything. The payment was made using cash, there was no change in cost all that was agreed upon did not change. I would definitely use ship a car direct again should I need to and would recommend them to anyone in need of this service.
