Although my communication with ship-a-car direct didn't extend too far past them assigning me a carrier, it was a simple and hassle free process. The only issue was I had spoke to Matt about trying to put my car up for $50 less than originally suggested to see if any carriers accepted that price. He agreed, but then put it up for the suggested price.
My carrier worked out wonderfully, and Cesar from An a Accurate Auto Carrier made sure I was in the loop through every step of the process.

Happy to keep it hassle-free! Sorry there weren't any takers at your preferred price. Our original quote reflected a fair price and while we are always happy to try for a reduced rate (and we did), we can't compel a carrier to work for it. Your route is a popular one, carriers have more than enough jobs to choose from so they'll always choose the best paying ones. And it sounds like you got an attentive carrier for the going rate!
