Good customer service, took longer than expected to get matched with a driver (busy time of year I was told, right around New Years) but once that got figured out I had no issues, very open with communication and I ended up with a great driver

Yes it's true, mid-December through the first week of January is a tough time to move (there are more car shippers than there are available spots). Thanks for sticking with us - glad it worked out in the end!
