When I first inquired about transporting my car, I wasn't sure what to expect. The representative at Ship-a-Car Direct was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me step-by-step instructions about how to proceed with getting my car shipped. He even emailed me informative videos on what to do when my car was picked up and delivered. I felt comfortable using Ship-a-Car Direct and will definitely use them for future auto transport needs.
