I'll use Ship-A-Car Direct every time! Customer rep, Karen, was awesome! She wasn't just a broker to help me find a car transporter, she was there for my every question. Never having done this before, she put my mind at ease with her knowledge of the ins-and-outs of transporting a vehicle and working with a transport company. Plus, their website videos helped too! The reviews on the Better Business Bureau site about Ship-A-Car, and specifically about Karen, were 100% right on! I'm so glad I did not roll the dice and look for a car transporter on my own to ship our car to my son on the east coast. The bonus take-away for me was that on all review sites (BBB & YELP), the Ship-A-Car owner responded to every positive or negative review. That shows you something. Although there was a majority of positive reviews, of the one or 2 negative ones, he made things right. Again, I'm sold and I'll call Karen & Ship-A-Car the next time I need to transport a car again!
