Transporting a car was a very new and scary experience- but Tom, from Ship A Car Direct completely put me at ease. My daughter had visited me from Vail, Colorado during Thanksgiving and was going to drive the Toyota 4-runner that I was giving her back to Vail. Due to terrible ice and snow storms, we decided to fly her back and ship the car . I put an inquiry on line and was bombarded with phone calls, texts, and emails from some very pushy and somewhat questionable people. I decided to do more research and luckily found Ship A Car Direct. Tom called me and explained the entire process in detail and the website offered some very informative videos. The reviews were so helpful and very positive , which completely put me at ease. Within 2 days, Tom had found a driver and at that time I paid a very reasonable deposit. I need to add that not one time did Tom ask for any money up front , which is what I was getting from everyone else. The driver met us at the exact time that he told us. He explained how long it would take and kept my daughter informed as he was headed her way. He also worked with her and her work schedule to make it a stress free delivery. He delivered the SUV at exactly the time he discussed with her. I cannot express my gratitude more to Tom and Ship ACar Direct for their professionalism, great customer service, and more than anything peace of mind!
