As a first time user to transport ones car to another state, I was somewhat overwhelmed. But my Customer Service person, Karen reassured me that all would be fine. Guess what, all was fine. The transport driver was punctual, and on time. He promised to deliver my car a few days early and he did. A friend of mine met the transport. The transport driver gave me his cell phone number and I gave him my friends. Communication was vital and efficient. The car was delivered without a hitch. Thank you.
