Here is my experience with shipping my car. This is my first time ever doing this shipping and it was made all easy without any loopholes in the process. I would definitely recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct to anyone who would ask me about it. The entire transportation process beginning from getting a quote till the car was dropped at the destination was made all so simple and easy for the customer. The person I dealt with, Emily, was knowledgeable and gave me correct and required information at all stages of the transport.

My car was transported by New Empire Brothers and they were communicating about the possible drop-off times way ahead. They were all flexible to work with the drop off locations and were patient enough in dealing if there were slight delays at the drop off locations. Also, the ship-a-car-direct app was handy to take pictures and compare before and after condition of the vehicle. I would surely contact them next time if need be.
