ship a car direct found me a transport company within 24 hours of my listing with them. I was told that the transport company would contact me on 11-8-15 to schedule a time and date. I received a call from a man named Joseph on 11-8-15 from the J A Express, Inc. company and he stated that he would be at my home on 11-9-15 at an agreed upon time of 9:30 AM. At 9:30 AM on 11-9-15 the transport vehicle arrived. I was impressed with the thorough checking of my vehicle which was done by Joseph. My vehicle was being transported to Decatur, Indiana which is about 630 miles from my home. Joseph advised me that the vehicle would arrive around 8:00 AM on 11-10-15, the following morning. At about 8:20 AM on 11-10-15, I received a call from Joseph stating that he had just arrived in Decatur. The vehicle was checked in and found to be in good condition with no miles driven. Ship a car direct was very thorough advising me about things to list on the bill of lading such as all existing damage and vehicle mileage and photos to take. Several Emails were sent to me with advise concerning the transport. Everything went smooth and I was a very satisfied customer. The price of the transport was a little higher than other quotes I received but it was worth paying a little more for the peace of mind knowing that my vehicle would be in good hands.
