It made us feel uncomfortable having the car shipped from coast to coast but we were on a rush and did not have much choice. After reading reviews online we decided to go with ship a car direct and hope for the best. The experience was great because customer service was available all the time and the carrier assigned to us delivered the car without any damage. It was an open carrier and it was understandable the car was dirty when picked up. Very grateful that the transport only took a week and we had a hassle free experience.
