I am extremely pleased with the entire process. I had serious misgivings about shipping my vehicle but my rep was very professional and walked me through the entire process. Karen was terrific, from first contact to the follow up phone call to make sure that all went well and that I was happy. I would definitely use them again as a matter of fact I will be shipping 2 more of my cars with them later this month.
