When I was first looking to ship my newly purchased car across country, I was overwhelmed with all of the carrier choices. Like any other first time car shipper I filled out online inquiry forms for about 6 different companies. Ship a Car Direct was by far the most professional and attentive company I reached out to! While other sites merely emailed me back with a standard reply email and that was it, Gaby emailed me AND called me. Ship a Car Direct was the ONLY company to reach out and call me as a follow up to my online request. She was so incredibly helpful with this entire process. Not only that, Ship a Car Direct has such a helpful website. Their FAQ Videos addressed exactly the questions I had. I was given a very fair quote (about the same as the other companies) but the customer service was such a nice added bonus. Once I was paired with my driver, Gaby made sure to follow up and make sure they were doing their job. The shipping company, Brothers Motors, was also just as great to work with. My car was picked up on time and even delivered 1 day earlier than I was originally quoted. After the car was dropped off Gaby called me again to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly with delivery. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will most certain by using Ship a Car Direct!
