This was our first experience shipping one of our vehicles across the country and we weren't sure what to expect. Our experience using Ship A Car Direct was a good one. Matt, our customer service agent, was prompt and accessible and did a great job of explaining the process. While we had a challenging pick-up location that affected the overall timeline of our car transport, Matt and the team at Ship A Car Direct did a great job keeping us informed as the process unfolded. Overall, we received our vehicle in a timely manner and in good condition. We would definitely recommend them as a service provider if you are looking to have your vehicle transported - especially over long distances.
