Ship-a-Car Direct was highly professional and easy to use. Matt was my representative. He kept me in the loop and was fast to respond to any calls or emails. Within 5 days of my first available, Matt found a carrier (Florida Vehicle Transport) who could pick up my 2013 Ford Mustang. I live about 60 miles away from the pick up location. Both Matt and FL Vehicle Transport made sure they gave me plenty of heads up so I could meet the driver on time. They ended up picking up 2 days earlier than expected but that was fine with me! The driver was also very professional and took care in loading and unloading my vehicle. Pedro with FL Vehicle Transport was also very responsive to our needs and kept us in the loop with regards to drop off time. My vehicle was dropped off in excellent condition, no issues or damage noted. Total ship time was 6 days and the driver dropped off within 2 days of when he said he would. I would highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct and/or FL Vehicle Transport and I definitely plan to use them again next time I move.
