I was at first very skeptical of the process of having an auto transported across country. This little BMW is my wife's baby and this company did a fine job for us in regard to communication, cost estimate and timing in delivery and pickup. Other companies were helpful in providing knowledge of the process involved and for the most part polite. One company however was downright insulting and if you look hard enough you can find him. Ship a Car Direct was polite, courteous and helpful in communicating with me along the whole process. Thanks Eric! Kevin was the driver and did all the right things in getting my wife's little baby across country. Thanks Kevin!
