Ship a Car Direct did a great job. I was happy with the informational videos that prepared me well for each step in the process. My agent ,Tom, did a great job communicating with me and keeping me informed along each step in the process. He was also good at arraigning times for pickup and dropout that fit my needs. He was great to deal with.
