I shipped a car for my son and this has brought me a good experience. It was my first time shipping a vehicle. I received an email on a daily basis regarding information and status from my representative Tom. Tom was very patient and detailed in telling us the procedure and what will happen next. The car was shipped on time and arrive in destination on time. Everything works out very well. Great Experience and great customer service!
