I had contacted and reviewed several other companies before deciding on Ship-A-Car Direct. They had the greatest and highest customer reviews that helped me to feel confident in choosing them. David assisted me from start to finish in arranging for and following up on my car transport experience. I originally had concerns after speaking with other companies that my car might not be picked up by the date I needed it. I was also concerned about shipping my car in general after all the horror stories I had read by other customers who had used other companies. I felt confident in choosing Ship-A-Car Direct. This was the first time I had shipped my vehicle. It was shipped from Arizona to Florida. The quote David gave me on the price for shipping was reasonable and comparable to other companies. my quote was $895. He explained all the pricing and what to expect. There were some companies several hundred dollars cheaper and more expensive, but his quote was the median. I felt wary about any companies that were so much cheaper, so I reviewed their customer feedbacks as well and it appeared that you get what you pay for...headaches and nightmares from the cheap companies with their employees to their policies, procedures, and actual transportation. He assured me that they carefully review and monitor the transport vehicle companies they use. They were early in both their reported pick up and delivery time frame. The driver was courteous and informative. My car arrived with no damages in any way. David stayed in contact with me from start to finish and I really appreciated that and was glad a chose Ship-A-Car Direct. I would highly recommend them and would use them again with confidence.
