Matt at ShipACarDirect was excellent to assist me setting the carrier and the details of the schedule.
The pickup date and time was very important for me because of my flight schedule. I discussed this with Matt, and Matt prepared the order based on my needs, including alternate delivery person, and informing me what to expect. Matt even advised me when to expect a call from the carrier about the pickup date/time, and if no one has called by a specific date, then who and how to contact.

Communication with the carrier also was very clear and helpful. I had called the carrier to confirm the method of payment and the amount. At that time they indicated when they will call back to set the EXACT pickup date and time. As planned, my carrier called me the day before pickup giving me the details, and on the day of the pickup Richard called me to say where he is going to park the trailer which was an open parking lot within walking distance (about 2 blocks) from my place. This was just perfect. The pickup was very smooth. Richard asked me if I needed a ride back; I thanked him and said no I don't need, it's just a short walking distance.

The car was safely delivered on time also. The car was clean and was in excellent condition. Richard actually called twice to let us know when he would bring the trailer with the car.

Overall my total experience with ShipACarDirect, the assigned carrier, and the driver has been excellent.
