Matt is responsive in email as far as how to prepare the shipping of my car and my questions and concerns. The driver arrived slightly later than scheduled, but did a good work in taking pictures of the car and noted about the conditions of the car. The car arrived early that I expected so I could reduce the cost of the rental car. The car arrived with some dirts and oily stuff, but without any scratches or damages. If I'll have to move my cars again, I will reuse them.
