I did not expect such a fast delivery. They estimate around 7-10 days for coast to coast delivery , but I received my car in just 5 days! My car was picked up in Los Angeles in front of my house on Tuesday 6/16 at 9:30pm, and delivered to Detroit on Sunday 6/21 at 2:00pm. Since my car was delivering to a university apartment complex, the driver couldn't get into the apartment complex and parked one block away in the middle lane (in the middle of the street). There was absolutely no damage on my car, just some dirt and dust. The agents at Ship a Car direct were very helpful and informative, and even when I wanted to change my pick up day they were very fast and happy to accommodate my request. Although, you are responsible for contacting the driver they set you up with to arrange a time and place for pick up and delivery, and you are responsible for calling them during the transport process to get updates on where they are etc. The company they set me up with was called CRC Transport LLC, and the driver was very nice and and professional. I would definitely use them again to ship my car back to California.
