From the very beginning of this process the prompt and clear communication with Tom made this company stand out. He stayed in contact with us as our pick up date approached and was quick to ease concerns and answer questions. The car was picked up a day after the pickup date but arrived at the destination much faster than expected. Everything was clear and easy and the communication continued throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the experience as a whole. My only feedback would be more honesty about the possibility of the pickup date being pushed back because there were no bids. I totally understand it is out of the hands of the company but more transparency would have saved us a lot of stress on the day of pickup when we were told there was no bid and no guarantee on how soon there would be. Luckily the very next day we received a bid that worked out great, but we felt a little mislead my the constant reassurance that our pickup date would be no problem at all.
