My car was picked up and delivered in a reasonable time frame. Not damaged or ruined in any way. I also left items in the car, and those were not damaged or taken. It took about a week for my car to go from cleveland oh to phoeniz az. I would have liked it to be earlier, but it wasn't picked up until a few days after I had made it available to carriers.
