Stressful but successful

David was good to work with and seemed as interested as possible in finding me a carrier. The prices all seem very arbitrary in the beginning until you realize that you are simply paying a set rate for the broker and whatever it takes to get the carrier interested in your vehicle. Consequently, the price was quite a bit higher than what we originally anticipated paying. It would be nice to have that kind of information up front to allow for expectation-setting, particularly for more time-sensitive issues. Regardless, the carrier did a good job getting our car to its destination without any problems even though he had to postpone pickup by 1 day. Moves are generally stressful and this was no exception, but I appreciate their effort in trying to make it as smooth as possible.
