Definitely use ship a car direct; stay away from pacific express

I highly recommend using Ship A Car Direct to transport your vehicle. I would never want to deal with these carriers without having a company, like Ship A Car Direct, on my side. In the end, my car was delivered on time, not damaged, at the quoted price.

The carrier that bid on my vehicle was Pacific Express. From the beginning, the driver gave me a hard time. He tried to charge more money up front. He attempted to deliver my car early, before I had arrived in the state. In the end, he would not deliver my car to my hotel. He said it was Pacific Express policy not to deliver cars to certain parts of the city. He was really aggressive. He cursed. He hung up on me. It was stressful.

Each time, I would call Ship A Car Direct, and Stefan would advocate on my behalf, and fix the issue. I don't believe Ship A Car Direct will use that driver again.

I think some of these carriers are crooks, and you don't want to deal with them alone. Having Ship A Car Direct on your side will protect you. Overall I was very happy with the service Ship A Car Direct provided even though the driver from Pacific Express was a nightmare.

Happy to advocate for you, Masha! So sorry for your trouble with the carrier. No, we will not be using that carrier ever again - they are stricken from our list.
