The driver called to give us an estimated time of pick up and showed up at that time. He was very courteous, answered all of our questions and had no qualms with us taking photos of the car while he evaluated the car's condition for the bill of laden. The delivery was even better than expected as it was a day earlier than originally estimated (which we had hoped for as we were using a rental).
Tom, at Ship a Car Direct was in touch throughout the entire process to make sure everything was going as planned. Because everything went so well with my Mom's car shipment, I have hired Ship a Car Direct to ship my daughter's car from DC to UT; hopefully it will be as glorious as this experience.
