Worked with David to find a suitable pick up location. My parents were in a very rural area and we found a location that was convenient for the transporters and my parents. Transporter was very thorough in documenting existing condition of car and very courteous in dealing with my parents and me. Communication is extremely important when shipping your car across country and with both Ship a Car Direct and the transporter, communication worked very well. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
