I truly enjoyed working with Karen while setting up the transportation of my vehicle, but the driver/company was horrible. The driver was rude beyond belief and inconsiderate. He harassed myself and my significant other. The driver was then switched to another person half way through transport. Upon arrival, the driver was rude and my custom fraternity plate was destroyed and a Greek letter was complelty missing. They said they had nothing to do with it but I have pictures for proof. The driver's manager tried to pay me $25 to get me to be quiet. He also accused me oof lying. The car was completely dirty and looked like it had been sitting in a yard for a full week. The car barely started and there were dirty finger prints all over my seat. I don't know why happened to my car while in transport but I will not use the driving company again. The company I used to book the driver was amazing though.
