I was moving from California to Texas and had a short window of time to get my car. After getting several quotes, I began the tedious task of reviewing the companies. And that's when the anxiety kicked in. Bad review after bad review left me feeling like there was no hope. After extensively reviewing Ship A Car Direct, I contacted the company. Matt was AWESOME. He answered ALL of my questions honestly and gave me a ton of knowledge on the transport industry. Although the Ship A Car Direct quote wasn't the cheapest I had received, Matt put me the most at ease. I didn't feel like I was going to incur "hidden" fees once my car was received (which so many reviews of other companies complained about).

Matt found a carrier almost instantly. My car was picked up on time by another reputable company. Matt was available throughout the entire process via phone and email. I was given direct contact info to the driver. My car arrived 2 days before schedule (major PLUS), undamaged (another PLUS). The driver would call/text with updates so I was prepared to get the car. Best of all, NO HIDDEN COSTS once my car arrived. I paid the driver the remaining balance of what I was quoted (cash or money order). Matt followed up after the delivery to ensure everything went well and that I was completely satisfied.

Matt's great customer service made the entire process less stressful. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again and recommend the service to all my associates. Ship A Car Direct might not be the cheapest transport quote you receive... But you get what you pay for. Well worth the extra $100 for no hidden fees, timely service, and an undamaged car. EXCELLENT customer service is priceless.
