After extensive research, I selected Ship-a-Car Direct to transport my car. RFQ was answered immediately by email and Dale called shortly to discuss the process and answer questions. He was very helpful without any sales pressure. Dale was easy to contact, very patient with my questions and thorough with his explanations. I was comfortable with his professional, low key approach so I booked the shipment. I paid the broker fee and received several emails which contained several helpful hints and suggestions. Within a few days SPV Transport was assigned. Driver, Stan, called and arranged for pickup. Our house is inaccessible to an 18-wheeler, so we loaded the car in a parking lot a few blocks away. Loading went smoothly and quickly. Stan confirmed the exact cost (payable on delivery) and estimated delivery date. Cost was $30 higher than the original quote which was totally acceptable based on the quality of the carrier and driver. Stan delivered the car in good condition, no damage, in Oregon two days later than estimated which was no problem. Both pickup and delivery dates were within the original requested timeframe.

Ship-a-Car Direct made the entire process simple and understandable. They were easy to communicate with, professional and very competent. They found an excellent carrier that delivered the car with no damage and no hassle within the timeframe desired. They did exactly what they said they would do and earned a five star rating. I recommend Ship-a-Car Direct to anyone transporting a vehicle that wants excellent service at a fair price.
