Vehicle delivery from California to Florida

Pickup of the vehicle by Big GP Inc. was late on the scheduled day - was supposed to be picked up in the morning but the carrier did not arrive until afternoon. Carrier - who had a thick accent so there may have been an English language barrier - also had difficulty navigating his way toward my address so I had to meet him with the car at a location a couple of miles away. Delivery, however, took only three days from northern California to west central Florida - far less time than expected. Vehicle was delivered in same condition as at pickup. Carrier insisted on cash for remainder of payment from my delivery agent though I had both arranged with the carrier company and stated to carrier at pickup that a cashier's check would be provided.
