Ship a Car Direct did an outstanding job in making sure that my car will be handled in the best way possible, which is arriving at the stated ETA and with no incident. Dale (from Ship a Car Direct) was very straightforward in making sure that I understood the elements that are involved in moving my car, the risks behind, and the steps that they take to avoid as best they can said risks. He was honest and very helpful and I really felt like I was talking to someone I already knew and, therefore could be trusted. The actual mover, Tony who handled my car was also very polite and accommodating of all my inquiries. I will definitely refer them to all of my friends. Thank you so much Dale and Tony.
