I did a lot of research before picking a company because I didn't want to risk my SUV being damaged. I ended up choosing Ship a Car Direct because they had overall good Yelp reviews and because they had a great BBB grade (which, in retrospect, doesn't mean much as those grades can be bought). Regardless, I went with SACD because they explained the process and what goes into the pricing. They weren't the cheapest by a longshot (they were $1225 while another quoted me at $795). But as SACD explained, carrirers won't pick up your car if not for the right price. I was hoping my car would get there by 6/5 or 6/6 so SACD recommended I put my first day of pick up on 5/28. I did and the driver was there on that day. My carrier, AAS Auto Transport was great. Super nice married coupled. The driver, Ernest, kept in touch with me and returned my car in fab shape. The whole experience is centered on whether you have a good carrier on not, and my carrier was great.
