Overall, the experience and level of customer service Gaby provided was phenomenal. This was the first time experiencing using a car transport service. I've definitely learned a lot and I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct. Gaby was very patient and constantly keep me apprised of everything going on. The transport driver for Joant Trucking was great. Very accommodating and he would keep us updated on anything we needed to know. Took great care of the car. My family and I are very happy.
