I was moving from VA to CA. Found "Ship A Car Direct"online and got a quote from Dale for my 2008 Camry. He was very pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable, and understood that this was my first time doing this. He answered all my questions and clarified the ones I did not understand. We stayed in contact via phone and emails throughout the whole process. After the car was delivered, he contacted me to follow up and made sure everything was good. A1 Trans was the original open carrier Dale had found, but on the day of pick up, I learnt that it had broken down. Dale found another carrier (Bayka Trans Inc) in a timely manner and my car was on that carrier 2 days later from the original date. I was told that it would take 7-10 days for my car to be delivered to the address in CA. The driver got to CA in 3 days and delivered my car on the 4th day instead.
