All instructions were direct and easy. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was delivered from New York to California in 7 days, just as the company said it would be. Carrier called me the day before saying the car would be delivered next day. I moved to the hills so the carrier wasn't able to drop off the car directly to my new home but they delivered my jeep 1/2 mile away. My Jeep arrived in the same condition and I paid the remaining owed balance then. I will use ship a car direct again if need be.
