From ship a car direct, Gaby was the representative that helped me.
Gaby was incredibly helpful and always returned my calls if I had a question.
The only problem I had with my car being shipped was from the towing company itself.
I was assigned to El Jero and everything was fine about the car until I noticed that 40 miles was driven using my car.
I then called the person who picked up my car and asked why my car was driven 40 miles during the transit, and all he said was they had a problem with their towing truck so they had to drive my car to the next "towing stop" . I honestly had no idea what he was saying but the fact that he brushed it off saying it wasn't anything big so don't worry and that fact that they never called to tell me made me really upset.
So I figured okay since they're not really profession about this, I should call Gaby.
Basically she was very upset at the fact that they did this without contacting me, mind you that this car is a Mercedes.
She apologized on behalf of them and said that ship a car will NOT be using that company anymore.

I'm glad that Gaby got set his message to her boss because I got a phone call from their boss/manager? And they said that they will do something about this and that they're still contacting el Jero to ask for a specific reason.

If you have a car I highly recommend using ship a car, but if they ever do assign you to el Jero I think you should ask them to reassign you.
